Detox: mind, body, soul
When I was getting certified as a yoga instructor I had to learn all about body cleanses, detoxes, meditations, stretching, netis (the salt water thru the nose into the mouth) among other things and I learned how beneficial most of those things are as I was learning to do them. The last two weeks have been insane and I don't think I've gotten to bed earlier than 4am most nights/mornings. So this week I am going to go on a full on yoga detox. I will keep you updated daily on what is going on with it in case you'd like to do one as well. (however I am not responsible for any side effects or health problems in your life, I am writing about a detox I know is fit for me personally)
I am going to do a very mild detox for five days starting today and today I am just taking a technology break for my mind and replacing that time with stretching and meditation. I am making sure to get the 8 glasses of water today and I am starting with a warm glass of lemon water.
